About Biosun

Biosun was founded in 1984 by Udo Leschik, MBA, who is the executive associate of the company.

Biosun has been profiling itself in the sector naturopathy for more than sixteen years with doctors and naturopaths as its professional target groups. This specialized competence in alternative cures and therapeutic cosmetics has been extended continually. Biosun is enjoying an excellent image among the experts. Especially our own medical council which initiates medical colloquies and scientific study adds to this image.

We use our medical competence in the economic mega-trend of the next decade - the future market 'Wellness'. Doing that we put our own product solutions and feel-well-concepts for body, soul and mind into the center of our attention.

30 employees at the location Schwalbach and an additional 51 in a joint-venture provide a dynamic growth and absolute high-quality products.

BIOSUN is marked by flexible reactions on the market, exact knowledge of the target groups and professionally trained employees who are further educated regularly. All this allows BIOSUN to be the international market leader for earcandles - a product that fascinates therapists as well as private customers.

BIOSUN's competent medical council lets its scientific and consultation expertise consequently flow into studies, colloquies, and last but not least into the development of products.

All activities in terms of marketing are under control of Schwalbach where, in the course of its expansion, BIOSUN has found a new site providing enough capacity for further employees and the continually increasing demand for production and storage.

The Products

In 1984 BIOSUN started, soon after that the Original BIOSUN Hopi-Earcandle was introduced. Besides the Original Biosun Hopi Earcandle the company developed essential oil earcandles, fragrancial essences as well as a relaxing, Indian music in cooperation with therapists.
